Ticket Ordering Policies
The Box Office will accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMEX for telephone orders for special shows. Credit card orders are subject to a $3 processing charge per ticket charge, charged to the patron’s credit card at the time of the order. Cash, traveler’s checks, and credit cards are accepted at the box office window for walk-up sales. Personal checks are not accepted for payment. The box office does not take unpaid reservations. There is an ATM located in close proximity to the Box Office.

HOW TO ORDER:
Telephone Orders
1. To order by phone you can call the TRIBECA Box Office at (212) 220-1460. From September through June, the Box Office is open Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00pm (noon) through 6:00pm. During July and August, the box office is open Tuesday through Thursday from 12:00pm (noon) to 6:00pm. Box Office hours are adjusted for certain holidays. Please check ahead.
2. You may order over the phone with Discover, American Express, Visa or Master Card; there is a $3 processing fee per ticket.
3. Please have the name of the performance, date and time ready for the operator.
4. Please have your credit card account number and expiration date ready for the operator once the sale is in process.
5. All sales are final.

Window for Walk-in Sales
1. There is a Box Office representative at the TRIBECA Box Office window from September through June, Tuesdays through Saturdays from 12:00pm (noon) to 6:00pm. During July and August, the box office is open Tuesday through Thursday from 12:00pm (noon) to 6:00pm.
2. At the window your sale may be processed with cash, traveler’s checks, Mastercard, Visa, Amex or Discover card.
3. All sales are final.

By Fax
(212) 732-2482. You may place an order via fax using Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover; Please include the performance date and time, along with your credit card information. A Box Office representative will call to confirm the order within 24 hours.

By using our Website
Tickets currently on sale at the Box Office may be requested on this Website. To place an order for any performance you wish to attend; click on Purchase Tickets. Tickets will be available at the Box Office booth prior to the performance.

Group Sales
Group sales are valid for parties of twenty or more. For more information call the Box Office at (212) 220-1460.

Return/Refund Policy
All sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges.

Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair access is available in both theaters. Please mention any special needs when placing ticket orders.
