In addition to presenting and producing, BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center has an active rental service that brings exciting and unusual events to the Tribeca scene. The beautiful facilities are professionally equipped and can accommodate a wide range of performing arts events such as concerts, dance, music, theater and other disciplines, as well as educational seminars and teleconferences, at competitive market based rental rates. Tribeca PAC has also recently become a popular location source for the film industry.

We are often booked several months in advance. Our Calendar of Events page does not list all our bookings; rental clients are advised to read the materials on this page and contact our office for calendar availability.

Lighting Information
Tribeca Performing Arts Center’s two theaters have fully focused repertory light plots to service a variety of different performances. Control is state of the art ETC boards and Theater One boasts two Robert Juliet followspots. Theatre One and Theatre Two repertory lighting plots feature all Source 4 and Source 4 Par instrumentation. Contact the Technical Director for a scale drawing of the light plot.

Theater One Description and Specifications

Our 913-seat (plus 14 wheelchair) theater has raked stadium seating in orchestra and mezzanine sections, and a 46' wide proscenium stage with apron area and orchestra pit.

Theater Two Description and Specifications

Our 260-seat (plus 4 wheelchair) theater has raked stadium seating and a 31' wide proscenium stage with thrust.
