Jamie O’Donnell – Customer focused thought leader and change agent with demonstrated ability leading diverse Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Strategy and Business Development teams in a variety of highly competitive Fortune 500 organizations to greater success. Jamie currently serves as a Corporate Vice President at New York Life and previously was a member of the Executive Management Group at USAA. Prior to joining USAA, Jamie was a senior member of the marketing management team at United Nations FCU overseeing CRM, market research and brand. Mr. O’Donnell holds a master’s of science degree in Direct and Interactive Marketing from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y., as well as a bachelor’s of science degree in Organizational Management.
