Kids Took Center Stage February 22
Tribeca PAC offered an acting camp this Midwinter Recess, February 18th through 22, 2025, a chance for kids to work with theater professionals as they spend the week working on a theatrical production – a musical adaptation of Hercules. Hercules, was adapted by Michael McGill and Joseph Martinez with music & lyrics by Michael McGill, presented by Missoula Children’s Theatre.
We hope to bring Missoula Children’s Theatre in the future. No advance preparation is necessary; enthusiasm and a smile are most important! Children ages 5 years old (must be enrolled in Kindergarten) to 18 years old are welcome to register. Everyone who registers will be cast in the production. The casting period is to determine who is best suited for which role. Children must be available to rehearse the entire week, and should have no other conflicts or commitments (see schedule below).
- By registering in advance, the child is a performer in the production.
- Casting: Morning Session (first two hours) No advance preparation is necessary; enthusiasm and a smile are most important!

Other Information:
Observing Rehearsals
All of our rehearsals are open to you as the parent / guardian. Be aware, however, that it may be fun for the students to surprise their friends and family at the end of the week by showing what they have accomplished! Please understand that we cannot allow guests to disrupt the rehearsals. Productive rehearsals depend on the focused work of the cast members involved.
Dress Rehearsal
The dress rehearsal is Friday, February 21, the first three hours of rehearsal from 10am to 2pm. This includes enough time for the cast to get into costume and run the show with starts and stops as needed. Please note, this is not a performance. The dress rehearsal is the first time the cast has the opportunity to get accustomed to their costumes and props. Because of this we do not allow an audience to watch the dress rehearsal.
